Wow, didnt expect a place of this magnitude and quality in Port Elgin (no offense) absolutely ace on everything!! Food was heavenly, ambiance quaint and homey, service exceptional!!!! I even have a friend coming to check it out from Winnipeg on a picture of the food. Do not miss this masterpiece!!!!! Thanks Bistro Le Chat Bleu for making my Atlantic trip foodwise

This place is perfect - food, decor, but especially the people. Lucky enough to get in without a reservation and at peak time thanks to the kindness of the owners. Food was so fresh and local - loved every bite and sip, and can't wait to come back to the area so we can return here.

Undoubtedly worth the trip from Moncton, unexpectedly great bistro ambience in the middle of a small town road. The food is simply delicious, lobster and prawn cakes are a must. Very welcoming staff. Will go back soon.
